The new Rašovka lookout tower, with a restaurant named V Trnčí, was officially opened in June 2006. Rašovka is situated in town Šimonovice, in region Lusetian Mountains and Ještěd ridge.
The lookout tower is 19.5 m high. In good weather, having climbed 61 steps, you may identify the Krkonoše (on the eastern side), the hill of Bezděz (in the west) and the ruin of Trosky (in the south). You can obtain tourist stamps with a picture of the tower, a wooden badge with a picture of the inn (1962) and the restaurant, a puzzle (the tower and the restaurant) and postcards. If you have children with you, you may enjoy the children's corner. Opening hours
