The recreational and sports resort in Raspenava is situated in the Frýdlant region, 6 km to the south-east of Frýdlant, on the northern slopes of the foothills of the Jizera Mountains.
An artificial pool with a concrete bottom is situated at the northern border of Raspenava. The beaches for sunbathing are covered with lawns. The centre is ideal for families with children, who can play in a small children's pool, children's corner, slide etc. Active visitors may avail of tennis and volleyball courts, table tennis and a sports hall. The centre features sanitary facilities, showers, changing rooms, a restaurant and refreshment kiosk. The centre is surrounded by the marvellous panorama of the Jizera Mountains with countless hiking and cycling trails.
