The lookout tower offers spectacular views of the city of Liberec.
The 35-metre-high dominant feature of the monument building in Lidové Sady in Liberec, with 155 steps, was used from 1901 until the mid fifties, when it was closed for safety reasons.
The tower was completely renovated in May 1998 according to a project by Ing. František Čejka. At present, the lookout tower is open to the public again.
