There are three separate toilets, three showers or baths, three TVs, bedding and three kitchens equipped to prepare meals.

Cancellation fees
Within 30 days prior to arrival:
cancellation fee - 25% of the deposit.

From 29 days to 10 days prior to arrival:
cancellation fee - 50% of the deposit.

From 9 days to 4 days prior to arrival:
cancellation fee - 75% of the deposit.

From 3 days or less days prior to arrival:
cancellation fee - 100% of the deposit.
